Shipping FAQ

How long will it take before my order is sent?

Items will be sent off within 5 working days. If you’re in a rush to receive your order, contact me and I will do my best to send it off sooner.

How will my order be sent?

All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic, Europe, via international post as insured, signed-for packages. A tracking code will be included in your shipping notification, which you can use to track your parcel on your local postal service website (USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, Deutsche Post, etc.).

Parcels will need to be signed for. If you cannot accept the parcel on delivery, a note will be left for you to pick it up at your local post office. In this case, please be aware of the cut-off pick-up date, to ensure the parcel isn't sent back.

If you are based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia and you would prefer shipping via Zasilkovna/Packeta, please send me your preferred pick up point and phone number.

How much does shipping cost?

I offer worldwide shipping, and fees are as follows:

4 euros within Czech Republic
6 euros to EU countries
8 euros outside of the EU

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times are:

3-4 days within the Czech Republic
1-2 weeks to EU countries
2 weeks to the UK, US & Canada
2-3 weeks for other international orders

Will I be charged any taxes on delivery?

If you're based in the EU, you won't be charged anything. If you're based in the UK, US or rest of the world, your shipment may be subject to duties and import VAT.

Can I pick my order up in Prague?

Orders can be picked up from my studio in Karlín, please select the 'local pick up' option at the checkout to waive shipping costs. I will then be in touch to arrange the pick up date & time.

How are goods packaged?

All jewellery pieces are packed in individual branded boxes and shipped in bubble-wrapped envelopes.
